How do I cancel my subscription?

You can ask us to cancel your Money Matters subscription at any time so that no further renewal charges are taken.

How to cancel

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose Cancel Subscription.
2. Enter the email address on your account.
3. Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card being billed so we can match the subscription.
4. Submit the request and keep the request number you are shown.

You can also sign in to your account dashboard to review your current plan.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewals. Send your cancellation request before the next renewal date so you are not billed for another period.

What cancelling does not do
